Social Media Manager

Hello! THE SHORT VERSION: I’m looking for a social media manager to help me grow my online presence. Specifically, I have an Instagram account and I’d like to increase the number of followers on it. To do this, I want to post fresh content 3-4 times a week. You’ll be responsible for finding relevant content, optimizing it, and scheduling posts. You’ll also be in charge of developing and executing strategies to maximize engagement on the account. THE FULL DESCRIPTION: I’m looking for a TALENTED, EXPERIENCED AND EASY GOING Social Media Manager to Manage a mental health account on Instagram in an ENGAGING, PROFESSIONAL and POSITIVE way to its growing audience. The account is Mental health and wellbeing theme and content. Specialism on bipolar. Content MUST include a mix of carousel content as well as reels and Stories. Content must include written captions and subtitles for reels. ALL content MUST be informative and factual. Posting 3-4 times per week. Always working on content two weeks ahead. Your role would be to Create strategy and original content. I am looking for an EXPERIENCED social media manager who is a self starter and uses their own initiative and skills. You MUST possess attention to detail and be creative. You MUST have a genuine interest in mental health and wanting to help others. You MUST be professional, highly organised and possess great attention to detail You MUST be good at researching and understanding topics rather than just copying existing content on the internet You MUST have good written and verbal English language and writing skills You MUST be have good to excellent design and editing skills You MUST understand how social media - especially instagram- works and know how to engage with it to build a brand Must be happy to collaborate with me in brainstorming and creating content ideas. You will also be in charge of scheduling posts and building organic followers. I do NOT want fake followers or auto engagement. All work must be organic and with integrity. I do all engagement by myself so will not need you to engage with other accounts on my behalf. You will need to collate data and present the growth and strategy document once per month. Im looking for a SSM on an ongoing monthly basis to develop a long term working relationship with but as I have a busy schedule I need someone who is pro active and can do the job at hand. I’m looking for someone I do not need to micro manage and who isn’t easily waivered or flustered. I am looking for someone who will be committed for a period of three month’s minimum. Budget is around £400 per month (because that’s all I have.) If you propose more than this unfortunately I won’t be able to consider you because I simply do not have the budget at the moment.
