Reading your project description has made my day for 3 reasons:
1) I appreciated the additional details about the industry you're in & the problems you're facing. It's rare among prospective employers, but it give me a better idea as to how effectively I might be able to help.
2) When I decided to get into social media marketing, I knew Realtors would be some of my ideal clients. I've already done a little research into how other realtors have been effectively using social media -- in listing properties; sharing articles/using Facebook Live to talk about selling & buying homes; & using video to tour the homes they're selling. Not that I think you should mimic these other realtors, per se, but those are some ideas to consider. Which leads me to...
3) You framed your description around a very basic story. It's another thing I find rare as it's something *so very important* in marketing & I'm glad you get that!

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you continue using that in your marketing -- whether you go with me or someone else -- as it should make for a very unique selling tactic.
