Hi, we are looking to revamp our shipping logistics. To summarize what we aim to accomplish with you: -We need to set up a system that allows our orders from within the USA to be shipped via Amazon Fulfillment automatically and update customers with the tracking number (we have the inventory stored there currently.) -While also following the above rule, we need to ship all remaining orders from outside of the united states by hand from our international warehouse in China. (we just need the list and locations, we use EMS) -We want to have a localized place to manage all inventory for both warehouse locations so we are able to order more product based on which location is running low. We are well versed in FBA so we understand how to ship everything. But this has proven to be a difficult task for our business model for our international orders.
