Shopify dropshipping plugin to export personalized dropshipping orders to us

We are looking for someone to develop a Shopify app that is supposed to appear in the Shopify app store. The app is aimed at store owners running a Shopify store for personalized items. We are NOT looking for a product design tool but only for an order export tool. Here is an example - someone orders a phone case with a drawn picture of his pet dog and uploads a photo of his pet dog to Shopify. The store owner then transforms the photo in a drawing, generates the printable Photoshop file and then sends us the file along with the order details for printing and shipping to his customer. And that's where the plugin is supposed to help. Our customer (the Shopify store owner) selects the order for export and attaches the printable file to the order (doesn't have to be automatic, an upload option would be sufficient). We then receive the order for processing (e.g. as a CSV that lists the order details and the file name associated with the order) so we can print and ship the order. The export should also mark the orders as processed in Shopify. So basically: - A simply CSV export app with the add-on that the store owner must be able to add a custom file to the export (file can be stored on our server and the CSV should list the file's name and/or path). - The settings of the app should be very basic, we only need a pre-specified customer id that must be included in the CSV. Also, we need the basic order details including shipping address, shipping service and the barcode plus SKU of the item ordered as well as the quantity ordered. - The app could either be integrated in the standard order overview or run as a separate app that automatically imports the orders from Shopify and lists them in a separate mask. In this case. there should be a very basic filter, e.g. by product tag so that only those orders that include a product with a specific tag are being imported to the app. - The export should trigger the order to be marked as processed / shipped. Alternatively, there should be a way for us to manually mark the orders as processed so the store owner (our customer) can see the status once shipped by us.
