Quick SharePoint Powershell PnP script needed

Looking for a quick powershell script to do below: 1. Input a csv which has urls of ssame site collection 2. Take each url and check if the folder exists or not, if not create it. 3. If there is one folder only in the url then create it as document library, if there are more than one then look if the folder exists, if not create it and then create the child items as its sub folders 3. Log entries for process Ex: /abcde - new doc library /abcdef - new doc lib /abc11/1 - check if abc11 exist, if not create as docu lib, and then put /1 in it as sub folder /abc/1/2 - check if abc exist, if not create as document library and create 1 as its sub folder and 2 as subfolder of 1 /abcd/ab/12/7/5/4/3 /am /bn Here each folder should be created in same structure, use PnP for this.
