My company provides leadership education through purposeful travel. We target young professionals, colleagues, and individuals who are looking to up-skill their leadership capabilities and attributes and activate personal growth and professional strategies in leadership. We combine personal and professional leadership development workshops with philanthropic initiatives in conservation and education through culturally immersive experiences overseas. For example, our programs based in Costa Rica focus on sea turtle conservation and reforestation - and social and cultural leadership strategies are put in practice through engaging in meaningful work; in Nicaragua we focus on supporting local tourism, delivering health and education and environmental conservation education, and in Thailand working with elephants rescued from destructive tourism. Each country destination has a clear, needed project that our participants can engage in, while also participating in the leadership workshops that highlight key skills to develop and improve upon. I come from a background in education and leadership and have travelled and operated these programs around the world for university students and young professionals. Each program also includes adventure activities such as surfing, hiking volcanoes, zip-lining, hiking waterfalls, visiting local markets, etc. Our participants are young who are looking to travel, to experience another culture, who are looking to build upon or improve their leadership capabilities and to be a part of doing something good in this world - either for other individuals, wildlife, or caring for the planet.
