Project scope. The project scope is to automate the manual marking of in scope assignments. Currently somebody has to logon to each provided VM set and verify that the user has completed the assignments. The assignments for this project, consist of installing and configuring software. the software sits on an SQL back end. The automation project will require every assignment to be correclty completed. If an assignment is not completed. An error should be reported in the GUI that needs to be created. The scope also needs to include, being able to update the assignment gui checker for future changes or additional assignments. The output from the assignment check gui also needs to be read only to the end user, so that they can not bi-pass an assignment requirement. When a user has completed all in scope assignments, the results as need to be emailed or some how sent internally for supporting awarding the in scope certification. Colors and fonts be provided for the assignment GUI. Please see the example assignment check GUI attached, any supported language to be used. Snow Inventory 5 Assignments. Please see the attached Snow Inventory 5 assignments and required assignmet checks for veriify people have compelted each assignment. I can provide a working test installation for assignment automation checking if required.

The logic behind until one assignment is not completed, it shows error message and user not be able to proceed for next assignment - all be controlled through Admin, I guess. So there will be various stages against each assignment. After completing one task, user will mark it as completed. Back end system will check it whether it is properly completed or not. If completed properly, give access to the next assignment; Else shows an error message; So user need to complete the task and will wait for backed admin approval. Please confirm me whether this is the logic or you mean something different? After completion of all assignment, a certificate or Mark sheet or appreciation letter will be generated against each user. It will be sent to the user via email. I guess user can make printout of that as well. Please confirm me. Just checked the attached document : Sizing your snow inventory 5 environment, Master server installation, snow management and configuration database connection, Web pattern configuration, Master server windows agent installation, MASTER SERVERWINDOWS AGENT TROUBLESHOOTING, Service gateway configuration. Cheat sheet QUIZ, server update etc various tasks are listed with this requirement document attached with this project.
