Excel Formulas ASAP within 12 hours

This should be a quick job for an expert. ? A few formulas need to be added to make a template work. ? However it is needed very urgently. ? Please see details. ? Thanks. ?

## Deliverables

The aim of the excel tool is to show the roles and resources used on a number of projects in % utilisation. ? (Project resource sheet) ?

The project map sheet is where the raw data is entered and contains the dates of the phases of the project followed by the roles needed with the resource names next to it. ? There are 3 examples ? but not with all the names filled. ? Please note that more project could be added (eg 4, 5, 6) so please write formulas appropriately.

The utilisation sheet will only have data entered in to it once to show how much time each role spends on a specific phase of any project. For example a BPR project manager will always be 100% in any phase no matter what project it is.

The project resourcing sheet is where both the above sheets are put together to show each project, the roles needed and the persons name. ? This is the primary sheet of the tool and used for analysis. ? Cells in blue are where the formulas should be created to look up the role and its utilization in percentage for the appropriate months from the project map sheet. ? The aim of by role and resource sections at the bottom of the sheet is to show where a person or role is needed more than once in a month. ? So for example if utilization is over 100% it will show red as a person is or role is needed more than 100% .? ? This sheet should update with any new projects or resource names that are added in the project man also.? ?

Within the sheet there are a few example names but these will change with actual names for projects. ? Dates may also change. ?

If this work is done satisfactory there is also chance for future projects from me very soon. ?
