Sales acquisition (Magento related)

My company offers Magento development services. The company is split into three divisions: - Development (completely new webshops) - SMD: Small & Medium development (maintenance of live shops, optimisations, security updates etc) - Support For our SMD & Support team we are looking to increase our revenue base through service contracts we have in place. The service contracts (valid for 6 - 12 months) include a set of services and reserved development hours. Our target is Magento webshop owners with 0.5 mio - 20 mio annual revenue who have a need for professional & continuous development and support of their webshop. Our key USP's: - 10 year in the Magento business, technically very strong - Organiser Meet Magento conferences (community leader) - Great expertise in unique templates and connections with ERP systems - Interesting price / quality ratio (our offices are located in Serbia - Eastern Europe) - Guaranteed capacity per month I am looking for one or more sales persons who are able to at least generate leads or better yet, close the deals (service contracts).
