Need a rockstar SOLAR PANEL appointment setter - URGENT

We need one rockstar experienced outbound appointment setter who has experience setting appointments in the SOLAR PANEL industry. Please don't apply if you don't have SUCCESSFUL solar experience. We don't have time to train you. We will provide the leads and script. We would prefer it if you provided your own auto dialer to start, but if you're the right fit we'll provide it. What we need and what you'll get in return... We're looking for a LONG TERM appointment setter who we will pay $2,500 month salary plus a generous commission for every appointment we sell that you set for us. The catch? You have to PROVE your skills to us FIRST... before we pay you salary plus commission. We need you to set us AWESOME appointments between now and the end of April. If we can close AT LEAST 3 of your appointments (turn them into sales), we will hire you for the salaried position starting in May. During the trial phase (from now until May 1st) you will be paid $650 PER SALE that we close from your appointments! You will be paid for ALL SALES. So, even if you fall short of the 3 sales needed to qualify for the salaried position, you will STILL be paid $650 per sale that we close from your appointments. And, we will keep you on as a commission only appointment setter earning $650 per sale always, plus bonuses. We need people with NO accent (or very light Spanish accent is ok). You will be calling in the U.S. only. PST calling hours- 3pm-8pm M-F and 9am-3pm Sat You MUST be able to work these days and hours to qualify. No exceptions.
