We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated Inside Sales Representative.

In this role, you will be a point of contact for our rapidly growing list of clients, from SME through to globally recognised enterprise organisations. You will work collaboratively with an experienced team who will give you all guidance and tools you need to succeed in a role encompassing sales, customer service and administration. You will work with existing key accounts as well as the ability to grow your own list of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Drive success and continued growth by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities

Managing sales transactions from preparing quotations to sales order processing

Participate in training and sales initiatives with our broad portfolio of distributors and leading technology partners to develop product knowledge and achieve the best outcomes for our clients

Identify opportunities and work collaboratively with Sales and Technical Services teams for further development and closure

Maintain CRM database, research accounts and identify key stakeholders

Provide forecast reporting and regular account mapping

Exceed team based sales targets

Skills and Experience

1+ years experience in a B2B or technology focused sales role

A passion for technology with deep understanding of Windows and Apple platform and wider technology ecosystem

Proficient oral and written communication skills

Strong customer service focus and enthusiasm for achieving excellence

Proven troubleshooting skills

Highly self-motivated who also works well in a collaborative team environment

Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
