Responsibilities You will be our main communication Operator who will operate as the lead point of contact for all type of incoming calls from customers, Clients, vendors, Transporters & communicates there needs. responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations In charge of the day-to-day communication, all requests and inquiries related to sales, purchase, support & logistics. Attention to each aspect of the shipment process. Responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service. Manage the customer/vendor complaint process end to end from the proper handling of potential claims & rapid resolution Operates as the point of contact for assigned Excellent reading, Understanding & writing skills required to be able to read, understand & bid on US Government contracts. Interact with clients and understand their requirements. Work on leads and proactively build a pipeline of opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile Graduation in Any Specialization. Excellent Reading & listening skills. English & Hindi speaking and presentation abilities. Punjabi also preferred but not mandatory.
