Partner could be from anywhere in India having back ground like : HR Consultants / HR Professionals/HR Executives or Any one financial Background having complete knowledge of taxes and Payroll in india. REQUIREMENT: Urgently required Business Development Partner for Payroll Outsourcing Organization in multiple Locations PAN INDIA. JOB DESCRIPTION: • Experience in Corporate Sales/B2B sales/Institutional Sales. • Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification. • Reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services. • Understanding the client requirements and then customising the services as per their needs • Increasing the value of current clients while attracting new ones. • Ensuring proper servicing and after sales, support to clients • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. • Ability to communicate with associates and clients • Result oriented and a proven track record of achieving targets Education UG:Any Graduate in Any Specialization PG:Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization Experience -2 to 6 years Perks and benefits
