Cold calls small and medium business in Western Sydney to set up appointments for our sales staff. It requires an exceptional phone manner with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong working relationships. Responsibilities :- Make outbound calls, determine the correct decision maker and book appointments Managing calendar appointments Working to daily KPIs Working actively as part of a team Being driven to achieve the sales Skills we after:- Excellent communications skills and experience working in a telephone-based role A high standard of writing skill, grammar and spelling Face to face customer service or sales roles High degree of confidence and extremely driven to succeed High level of attention to detail Able to deal with rejection Can convert a "No" into a "Yes" Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets Determined to win clients over Honest, positive and punctual with a can-do attitude Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work with minimum supervision A developed sense of initiative and motivation to get the job done right the first time
