React Native developer with Ruby backend

Hello.
I have an App that I previously had running on both IOS and Android devices. The App was built with Ruby on Rails for the back-end and the mobile app is React Native and built on Expo.
I have a handful of ongoing tasks that I want to work with someone on. The person who originally built the App has taken a full time job elsewhere, but can still be available for questions as needed.
Items needed:
- Update code (it's been over a year) and relaunch on app store
- Build and launch web version of App. I want to use the API to but this on the web as well, so it is not just mobile.
- Multiple ways to login and create an account - currently you can only login with Facebook. I want the user to be able to create their own username and password.
Please bid only if you are individual full time React Native developer, also having knowledge of Ruby backend programming.
