We need to know how many people rent throughout the united states, and the 10 major counties throughout Europe. Once the information is collected, we need to know how many properties are being rented (in each of the countries listed above^) We then need to know how much money is spent roughly on rent, and utility bills.( what the average0 If you can find how many people share a rental unit, for example roommates it would be great. For example the average rental unit in the UK is shared by 3 people, and the utility bills are interent, water, gas, and electricity. ( only an example, this is not based on any fact or data, the data you provide must be backed by hard, concrete data) We then need to know the amount of renters per year ( in a percentage) so how many new renters are the per year ( an estimate, but based off concrete data) also the amount of buildings being built per year ( increase percentage). This needs to be done for each country listed above. (for example: There is an 8% increase every year projected by the US census, for people renting. Due to the hardhship of owning a home, many people rent. The percentage is only going to increase throughout time (8% per year experts say) ( but I need concrete data to support it.) With that, in Germany there is a planned 250,000 new residential builiding increase per year, to deal with the amount of people renting.( again that is just an example, I need evidence and sources.
