We are a contractor for Government and International Agencies. We perform services in the field of Operation & Maintenance (O&M), facility management and other general life support services under Fixed-Price & Term contracts. We need to hire an expert to write an outstanding Technical Proposal for a government released O&M RFP. The written Technical Proposal will go through a bidding process for an O&M project for evaluation to be awarded a contract (if successful).
We have sufficient experience in the field of O&M contracts and we are currently the contractor for the same project. We want to bid for the next year's bidding which its documents will be released next week.
The Expert we are going to hire should have the knowledge and previous experience in the same field of writing a technical proposal for government RFPs and Solicitations. The expert should be willing to share with us a sample of its similar work done previously.
I have attached Evaluation Factors in this post of the same project from the previous year. By which the writer will be able to get an idea of what is required for the TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. Updated Evaluation factors will be shared with the writer later.
