I am apply for a job and need a power point presitation that is 15-20 mintutes long describing how As the Ct Technical Manager, What tools or plans would you foster in the department to build a more cohesive and unified team given the recent diversity of experience and skills. The CT technical Manager is really the face of the department. In this position you would really manage the day to day operations including the scheduling and staffing of the department 24/7, performance evaluations, corrective action when needed, and all aspects of ordering and equipment integrity. I have included some articles and pictures to help and some things i would like incorporated into the power point. it need to pop and be very professional and land me this job!! I also included a copy of my resume so that you could include that I have my batchlors degree from SNHU in Healthcare science and have over 18 years experience in the radiology field and Ct Licensed .
