Competency Demonstration Report (CDR)

I am aspirant for Australian PR and only making 60 points (With IELTS Overall 7.0, L - 7.5, R - 7 , W - 6.5, S - 6 ) in Skilled Immigration Visa (Sub Class 189) for Australia. I am concerned considering my points of 60 , whether it is sufficient to get me PR. Also, at the same time I am looking for CDR writing services which should include following: 1. Three Career Episode, 2. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) 3. Summary Statement 4. CV Kindly advise the fees for the above. Please help me guide on the above aspects whether should I go for CDR writing before or I should appear for IELTS again to gain each Band 7.0 which would give me 70 points in Skilled Immigration Visa (Sub Class 189) for Australia.
