Select an advanced algorithms topic, conduct an initial literature review, write a mini proposal . Literature review: Conduct an extensive literature review on your topic . PowerPoint presentation should include: Definition, key concepts, issues, and scope of your topic Current status and on-going research Your own conclusions, insights, ideas, hypotheses, etc. for future research opportunities What you propose to do for your project, e.g. algorithms A list of references and other sources. Create and hand in a paper whose content includes all the items listed in the literature review described above as well as the results from your project work. At the minimum, these results must include a description of the various features of the algorithms involved, their design, implementation and applications, and a detailed analysis of their correctness and efficiency. It is highly recommended to add the implemented/developed source codes in your final report as an appendix if applicable. This report must have a minimum of 20 pages.
