I have worked in 3ds Max to build other large and complex structures before, additionally, I have had previous work with an architect very recently. I understand that you'll require this in a shorter timeline which will not be an issue for me, all that I would require is that you to provide either simple 2D DWG floorplans of the top, front, and side profiles of what current concept you're thinking of. Additionally, I would just need materials that you would like to use. Since 3DsMax as a built-in architectural toolset, I would use the dwg files you provide to quickly extrude and build out the structure to the exact dimensions you'd set. Then using advanced texturing techniques I can add material textures to the structure in a very short amount of time.
