I need a designer to hep redesign my 3 floor condo at mt snow, vermont.

I have a 3 floor condo that I recently purchased and the layout is just off. I wanted to move the kitchen, living room, dining room to the second floor, where there are more living spaces and also 2 sliders to a balcony. it is currently on the first floor. I also wanted to put in a pellet burning stove on the second floor. Or just even get some advice or direction on whats best for the place. I want it to have a modern mountain home feel, using home depot materials (nothing too fancy or expensive). First of all, I need to home a roundabout price on how much it would cost to get drawings or designs. Thank you.
