Mix Use Lifestyle Urban Development with Retail, Hotel & Apartments.

Need a 3d rendering of a connected three city block area in a U.S. State . Will be one Urban mix use project when completed with a 300 room hotel, 200,000 square feet retail and restaurants and a 125 unit apartment complex. Block One will consist of a full service 300 room hotel with balcony hotel rooms sitting atop a parking garage on one half the block. The hotel will have retail on level one as well, and the hotel will be over looking the retail and restaurants in the remainder of block 1 and block 2. The second part of Block 1 will consist of two 3 level buildings (Side A & Side B) with retail on level 1 and Level 2 and restaurant and outdoor dining on Level 3 on the second half of the block. There Will be balconies on second and third level and walkways to connect Side A to Side B. Will be a 50 feet wide street in the middle of Side A and Side B for special events and common area entertaining. Block 2 will consist of two 3 level buildings (Side A & Side B) with retail and restaurants just like Block 1. Block 3 will consist of a 6 story apartment complex with balconies and a parking garage. The Apartment complex will have a view to see the street space of block 2 and block 1. This project is located in front of a convention center and will need to be tied in with the surrounding buildings. A movie theater will be placed on a 4th block that is not continuous with the subject property but in site of the subject property.
