Interior/Exterior Design With 3D Renderings

We have a old Vietnamese restaurant that is being converted into an upscale restaurant/bar with video games at some of the tables. Reposting this because too many applicants the first time didn't have restaurant/bar design examples. = About The Bar/Restaurant = The restaurant/bar will be called Patent Social and it targets upscale professionals looking for a fun experience. Ages 20-40 mainly. Food will be mostly tapas, cocktails and beer will be served. We do not have a branding package but we be getting that later. The branding will be similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The key differentiator of Patent Social is that half the place will have retro (old style) video games on screens at each table (mounted to the walls) that patrons can play while they drink and wait for their food. = What you will get = 1. Good quality pictures of how the inside and outside looks today. 2. A floor plan 3. A brand sheet. 4. Google Maps location outside in 3D: [login to view URL] = Constraints = 1. We don't have a large renovation budget, so we can't pay for high end fixtures. We need to make the best of the space we have. We have a $10k max budget. 2. We have all tables and chairs, but they don't look great today however we can paint the tables and cover the chairs to make them look however you want. 3. We need a large prominent sign on the top of the building and remove all existing signage. 4. We can do minor landscaping, but not major stuff that would be expensive. 5k$ max budget. 5. Walls will be stripped off and replaced with drywall (colour depends on your design). 6. Ceiling can be painted or changed. 7. Flooring can change 8. We want to make use of the Edison Bulbs as it is part of our branding and logo = What We Want = 1. A 3d rendering of the proposed outside appearance with signage. 2. A 3d rendering of the proposed internal appearance with proposed colours and fixtures. = Applicant Requirements = 1. AT LEAST 1 EXAMPLE OF A RESTAURANT/BAR OR SIMILAR ESTABLISHMENT THAT YOU DESIGNED.
