We're excited to have an open slot on our team for a Full Stack Recruiter to help us find the best talent out there. Responsibilities: Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements Create job requisitions for each position Identify the channels and strategy to source candidates matching requirements Identify qualified candidate profiles Interact with potential candidates on the platforms and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, UpWork) Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System) Build test projects for applicants Onboard new hires Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities Requirements: 2+ years of Sourcing and/or Recruiting experience. Ideally have experience with advertising agency Experience with hiring remote teams Experience with University Recruiting Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms) Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems Quality focused and able to drive continuous improvement. Highly organized and able to multitask. Demonstrated ability to succeed in high-pressure situations; ability to stay calm and find solutions in time-sensitive situations. High-level program/project management skills; systems and process orientation with a data-driven approach. Exceptional interpersonal skills; effectively communicate, build rapport and relate to others in both written and verbal forms.

For sourcing i use LinkedIn, indeed, Glassdoor, dice and Monster. I have used various ATS, such as; Zoho, Bamboo, Bullhorn, Simplicant, Skillate. Project managend tools i used are; Trello, Asana, Jira and Monday I have developed Digital HR handbooks using Google Sites and Microsoft Sharepoint, for orientations, induction and sharing policies with employees.
