Must have Agency recruitment experience searching for Infrastructure Engineering professionals (proof of experience required). - Must have strong written and verbal English language skills. - Must be a master of using LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator to use boolean search and find and attract talents across Australia, the Philippines, and New Zealand. - Phillipino Recruitment Agency, RPO/BPO experience highly regarded Types of roles recruiting: - Design Engineers/Leaders - Civil, Structural, Railway Signalling, Geotechnical, Bridge, Roads & Highways, High Rise, Metro, Infrastructure.
