Python Dev Needed

I need some programming assistance. I'm attempting to script an algorithm in python for trading crypto currencies using websocket methods and an exchange's API. I need to get a lightweight script that uses only a handful of technical analysis functions to asses buy, hold, or sell opportunities at varying(weighted) volumes based on the strength of the outcome. Once the functions provide a strong buy or sell opportunity with the appropriate volume, I'd like another function that looks through the order book in real time to select an order closest to the desired price and volume. With say the Coinbase pro API, this will help me always avoid the transaction fee. Now if those two scripts are threaded to different core processors too, then we can maximize speed to make the transactions as efficient as possible. it would be nice to have some candlestick pattern recognition functions in there for larger swing trades but I want to keep I as lightweight as possible. Roughly making around 10 trades a day
