Need code in Python using Binance API for Trading Bot cryptocurrency

I need a Python coder to uses Binance API to develop trading code for Binance trading exchange platform .
Below are the main requirements and more features and details will be provided in private:
1- One currency Pair
2- Continuously checks actual price every period of time in X seconds
3- If price satisfies buying criteria:
a- place a market order to buy and
b- place a stop loss order and update it based on certain criteria.
4- If price satisfies selling criteria:
a- place market order to sell
5- provide an interface to read input parameters that will be used in the code.
Please place bid if you have good experience in Binance Api and you have already developed some Python code for Binance cryptocurrency trading before.
