identify flash on a screen

This should be easy, but I am worried about the processing speed. Your camera will send 80 images per second and only 1-2 images will have flash in it (if this happens)??? I don't know how we will solve this issue. I don't even think, OpenCV can open 80 images per second, maybe it can but we also need to detect the flash thus process the whole image. One thing we can do is, save all the 80 images per second in a folder, and then keep on processing all the images from that folder, once processed delete them. But if your camera is up and running 24/7, we cannot process them all. But if your camera takes an hour break, we can process them all, I guess. Or we can use two computers to process them or something like that. I can do your project. Please contact me, if you have nay question.
