I need to make a python script that is the composite of all csv files in a directory. I want to have each column and row averaged, but with the 'time' as the index instead of the row #. There are some files with missing dates in the data and it would be preferred if whoever is awarded this project will have a solution to this so it does not throw off the averages. This script is already partially written and what I have so far will be provided to you. Est. time 1-2 hours (2-4 lines of code) please mention pandas in proposal so I know you've read the description.

Looks quite simple. I make use of python and pandas on a daily basis so that should not be a big deal. As far as solution to missing dates are concerned it's straight forward, missing entries of a pandas series can be easily identified and ignored thus taking care of average. Hoping to hear from you and finish the job in a hours time.
