Create a Discord self-bot that sends a message to a few channels

Hey, seems like a pretty straight forward but interesting task. Shouldn't take too long. Somethings you might want to consider 1) Where do you want to bot to run? on your PC? or in the cloud somewhere? 2) The input..can you supply a list of discord servers with the channel name where you want the bot to post? Or do you want to bot itself to go find channels like this for you? 3) You may not want to send messages to every channel at once as discord has prevention against spam, and you bot / account could easily get banned.
