Build a Website

I currently have a Python script that retweets the most popular tweets of accounts that are subscribed to one of your twitter lists. Steps that it takes: - get accounts from list - get all tweets of last 24h for each account - sort tweets for each account based on number of retweets - check if most popular tweets has already been retweeted by own account - If not -> retweet most popular tweets This is done in Python and currently runs as a cronjob on my pc, and now I basically want to make a website out of this in Ruby on Rails. Requirements: Users need to be able to login with their twitter account (Devise Twitter Omniauth) Display all available lists of current user Select a list Set a time to run the script and retweet If users schedules a time, they need to be able to change that time when they log in again. Don't spend any time on UI, I am looking for a functional website and will do the UI/UX myself. When you respond to this project, please explain how you would approach it so I get a better understanding of your skill level (and that you actually read the description).
