Job description:
We are looking for a Big Data Expert who'll help us create the back-end of our Big Analytics platform section.
We would like to integrate many data into our platform and show them into graphs. We’ve developed a front-end which needs to be connected to a back-end who’ll process (data collection, storage and analysis) data. All data can be collected from APIs or are internal data.
Required knowledge:
- Docker

- Spark streaming
VPS configuration:
CPU: 6 cores
RAM: 16gb
Disk storage: 400Gb SSD
Port/bandwidth: 400 Mbit/s port - UNLIMITED Traffic
Upstream: 200 Gbit/s
OS: Ubuntu 18.04
Platform architecture (GitHub):
1st repository: PlatformCore Front-end (you’ll get an access to it)
2nd repository: PlatformCore Back-end
3rd repository: PlatformCore Big Analytics (the one you’ll work on)

You also have to understand that we’ll integrate other types of data (in the future). Which means that you must think about how we can integrate future types of data to display into the “Big Analytics” section.
Tasks:
Phase I - Collect the Data
Collect the data
from the API and produce it to Kafka. Total
Social Media list is 8 (Twitter, Facebook
etc). In this first phase we're only use 3 as a
sample. The rest will be integrated on the
Development phase III - B.

Phase II - Build Analytics Engine
Build analytics
engine using Spark. This is purpose for
knowing what kind of analytics that we
could build from the given data.

Phase III (A) - Integration with Backend
Integrate the data
with backend. So, it can be transferred
and communicate to front-end.
± 3 weeks €600.00
Phase III (B) - Integration more Data Source
Getting more data source
into the engine and another analytics design
could be build
± 2 weeks €500.00
Total: 10 weeks €1,900.00
Additional information:
