Binance BOT Python

Would need a bot, should be very simple made up. The bot should do the following : Place more limit buy order x% under the market price, when order executed place sell limit order + x%. The bot should look for the price every second The bot should not buy for the same price more than once before it did not sell the bought amount The bot should buy in steps of 10 ore 20 points or x% . ( for example if bought asset for 2.50 should only buy again at 2.40 , 2.30 , 2.20 ... and not between. Only after for example the 2.50 order was sold for 2.60 it should be allowed to buy again for 2.50. If price is going and no more sell limit exist it should start to place buy stop limit orders and sell limit. For example, price going up, last sell limit order is at 2.50, bot should trigger buy stop limit order at 2.51/2.51 and open sell limit order at 2.61 , if price still goes up should place buy stop limit order at 2.62/2.62 and sell limit order at 2.72 etc.
