Hi there,
Sure, you will get an app for iPhone & iPad to use for the Fire Department alerts/notifications.
The flow will be like-
> Department's User Interface view-
--Login page with Username and Password.
--Home page- Where the department's user will see all active incidents entered by users.
- Selecting the incident will open the incident displaying all pertinent information for the call entry such as location, comments, frequency channel, etc. Now the department's user can mark as complete of incidents and it will disappear from the home page list and feed to the Filed incidents page.
> Actual Users/Public interface view-
- User will simply open the app and fill the form for incidents-
CITY: (Select Dropdown)
ADDRESS: (Text Entry)
CALL TYPE: (Select Dropdown)- How many types?
FREQUENCY: (Text Entry)- Like? I am asking because we have to acknowledge the public that what they will feed in this section.
COMMENTS: (Text Entry)
Time Stamp- Users can write incident time.
And Submit, once submitted all information contained in the form will be sent as a notification/Alert to department users they will get notified on mobile when they tap to open the notification then it will lead to the home page, where that particular incident form will open.
> Query- Is the department have multiple users for the app, if yes then how can we manage every submitted form alerts/notification?
I am here to help, you will get right product the way you want.
See you.
Thanks!
