UK only - Management position with a publishing company

We are searching for a reliable and organized freelancer for a part-time management position within our publishing company. The job will initially take around 20 hours per week, with the possibility of becoming a full time position later in the year. About the company: We publish peer-reviewed journals in the fields of medicine, biology, and psychology. The company has existed since 2011 and is expanding into new areas. Most of our clients are researchers, professors, and doctors. About the job: As a manager of one of our journals, you would be responsible for planning new issues, communicating with clients and leads, and ensuring that the publication process runs smoothly. The job involves many different tasks which must be executed carefully and systematically. A large portion of the job will be spent replying to emails from contacts who are interested in publishing with the journal, and therefore excellent writing skills are a must. The working hours are flexible. The job training will begin around January 31st.
