I have been tasked with project managing the development of three eLearning modules ahead of the launch of a new pharmaceutical product for client B. The eLearning modules will cover the following topics:
1. Oncology overview and introduction to breast cancer
2. Introduction to product A
3. Clinical data that supports the use of product A in breast cancer
Please develop a short presentation (15 minutes) outlining how you would approach the management of this project. Please include details of the key project stages and anticipate five key issues that you may need to resolve and how you would manage them..
You may need to make assumptions about this project to complete the task. Please list your assumptions at the beginning of the presentation.
The most important thing here is the usage of PM tools like Gantt for the three e-learning module an explanation about oncology is not necessary.
in general e-learning modules consist of audio, video, and also text, so different resource are applied like video and audio makers, content researchers, proofreaders etc..
