I need a food scientist (ideally an expert in the field of baby products) to formulate a stable recipe for a baby formula. The base of it is an organic donkey milk powder in which we need to add some fats. This will make it the most similar composition to human breast milk. The fats that need to be added cannot be seed oils, I am after an organic product composed entirely of animal products. I have table that outlines the amounts of fat necessary to reach a suitable level and will provide them upon request. Please let me know if you are capable of helping me out!
