Create Chatbot - Prestashop Create Chatbot that will connect to an ecommerce via API (not a Facebook chatbot) it must be compatible with a simple browser First connection : Prestashop webservice to obtain product catalog The bot will start conversation and ask to the customer what is he looking for : Example : I am looking for nike t-shirt The bot will display results and will allow to filter them (by price , keywords and categories) Finally the client will select a product (maybe the product has variants as size or color) The client will confirm and add that product to the cart The client will be able to continue shopping or checkout The chatbot will ask for payment method : credit card or COD (cash on delivery) If credit card will ask for vista details and process via stripe otherwise on COD will go to next question Full name , email, phone and delivery address The chatbot will send email to the client and will process the order into prestashop The chatbot must be multilanguage : english and spanish [login to view URL] developer mode allows creating it Ideas welcome :) we are not looking for a Facebook Chatbot , we are looking for an embeded chat iframe , popup or direct link
