Powerpoint presentation design with animation

We have a presentation which we need to make look:

On brand

Easy to read
We have attached the original powerpoint, and our first attempt at making some static images for the presentation.
We're not happy with our own attempt as the slides look busy - and we can't animate the truck as shown in the .ai file.

Iplex are a plastic pipe manufacturer - their products are mostly used in rural and civil applications.
This presentation is their annual plan shown to staff to let them know about the year ahead.
The presentation flows from a slide which shows the 4 topics that the presenter will discuss. Then a slide for each.
We had thought about using trucks or pipes as icons, or gears on some pages.
