PowerPoint / Adobe Expert To Refine PowerPoint Images

Hello, I am an author who is pretty good at PowerPoint. I have created a deck of around 300 figures in PowerPoint that needs to be standardized and made ready for a book I will publish soon. For this initial project I just need these figures to look highly uniform, smooth, slick and with the right shading (only black, white and various shades of grey). Though I am very good at PowerPoint and think that my slides look great, I have received some feedback that the slides do not look professional and that the colors, shapes, shading, themes, lines, borders, general appearance, etc. are not as top notch as they can be. The figures do not look as "glossy" and "book ready" as one might find in a professional book. I need the touch of a true professional (who is at heart an artist!!) that can transform the 300 slides in this deck to look amazingly good. The goal is to hand these over to a book designer who can use them without any changes in their design and layout of the book. There are three options to demonstrate your skills and artistry with similar work - please choose one of a, b or c (It's VERY IMPORTANT to note that your samples should be done ONLY in BLACK, WHITE and GRAY SCALE - NO COLOR IS NEEDED AS MY BOOK WILL BE PRINTED IN BLACK & WHITE): a) Please review the FOUR attached slides, transform them to look the best you can and send them back to me b) Please send me a "before" and "after" of four PowerPoint figures / diagrams that you choose to show how well you do your work, OR c) Please do (a) AND (b) to give me even a better ides of your skills In your bid PLEASE BE SURE to include a TOTAL COST quote for 250 slides in your bid - this means send me a fixed amount for the WHOLE PROJECT or tell me how many hours you will take for refining 300 slides and how much you will charge per hour. Here is the best part: if you are selected, it is quite certain that I will be sending more work your way on a regular basis. I will also assume that the quote you give me for 300 slides will apply in the future at more or less the same rate (i.e., 'per slide' basis). So, please let me know if your rate is going to be different in the future for more work. The final output should ideally be in PowerPoint or - if you strongly prefer - in Adobe software of your choice. I would prefer to break this project into four milestones with 75 slides in each segment. If we move forward, please set up a milestone-based payment in the project brief so that I can release a quarter of the funds to pay you at the end of each milestone.
