We currently have a beer keg washer that utilizes the following Siemens components. They are: SIMATIC HMI SMART 700 IE and Simatic S7-200 SMART CPU SR20 I want to add a couple steps and progress indicator to the original program. I need to work with someone that has access to Step7 Micro/WIN software for the HMI and WinCC flexible 2008 for the PLC that can program both of these parts. I don't have a background in HMI's or PLC's but come from a technical background. With guidance I could setup a computer connected to the machine and grant remote access to modify the code. Detailed pictures of the components can be found here: [login to view URL] Note: I bought the machine and it already had the compiled code on it but it has some faults and the original programmer hired by the machine manufacturer is no longer working with them. All I have is the machine.

Hi I have six years experience in Siemens PLC with various industry like warehouse , dyehouse , plastic , packaging and textile industry I can do ur work .. not a big deal in programming. But there are other major concerns 1. Do u have project file ?? 2. Do u have password ?? If u have password but not project file den I charge 700$ . But if u dnt have password den u have to reprogram entire machine !!

If you have the working backup of the PLC and HMI, along with the programming software,then remote support could be provided by me. Also i would required detailed instructions about the changes. After agreeing on the number of changes we could renegotiate and come to a conclusion.
