Implementation, customization and administration of suite of enterprise Zoho applications including Projects, Desk, CRM, and more. Understand the business process flow and requirements of the team members to implement and customize various elements and objects in Zoho Develop custom Zoho workflows Train users on how to effectively use the Zoho applications Create required training material /guidelines for the users, as needed Assist users in day to day questions or technical concerns Work with Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues. Track issues and provide periodic updates Create custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes, within or outside of Zoho Effectively utilize Zoho modules features to automate various business processes Mentor, Monitor, Control and ensure the sustained effective usage of Zoho products throughout the organization. Review and analyze the data on Zoho on a daily basis, to identify discrepancies, and incomplete information and working with the users to help resolve the discrepancies. Provide System admin / IT support to users Manage access and control of users Generate required daily, weekly and monthly reports Requirement Experience in Zoho projects/Desk or Zoho CRM customization, implementation, administration and administration. Experienced in development using Zoho Creator and Flow Experienced working as a Software or Web Developer using one of the following languages : Backend : Python(Django),Node.JS(2+ years) Frontend : React Native, JQuery, React.js, Angular.js (2+ years) Prior experience working independently without oversight. Experience implementing SalesForce or Jobdiva or similar tools.
