Zend Expressive project (part 1)

Our research platform is written in PHP. We need to convert it to Zend Expressive with websockets. Part 1 of this project (more parts to follow when part 1 is completed and tested)... 1) Make basic single column front page design with front module 2) Add menu with Home/About/Markets/News/Admin tabs 3) Add Login/Register 4) Add ACL with Guest/Member/Admin/Analyst roles 5) Provide a) Member role access to Markets module; b) Admin role access to Admin module; and c) Analyst role to Analyst module which has 5 second websocket access to test servers We require someone who can communicate well in spoken and written English to demonstrate they can produce a good project. Then we can move on to part 2 and other modules.
