XML integration, create leave behind page, and popup pages

Currently I have a website located at [login to view URL] and had it developed using Wordpress. I need the following changes/additions done to this website

1. You can see right now that there are options to check a box for either a) auto insurance b) auto warranty or c) auto loan. When you enter your zip code and click on Go, it takes you to a separate url for each choice. Currently in Wordpress, I do not have the ability to change the url’s that people go to when someone clicks on these urls. I need the ability to create a duplicate page on my own in Wordpress whereby I can change out the people go to when they choose either auto insurance, auto warranty or auto loan. I also need the ability to create a duplicate page where I can change the prechecked box to whatever I want (to either auto insurance, auto loan, or auto warranty).

2. I need you to integrate this website to a couple of different companies advertisement listings that will be based off of the zipcode entered in the box. I need the option to either have those listings appear as either a popup, or as a leave behind. To see these listings setup as a leave behind, go to [login to view URL], enter zipcode 97214. You will notice when you hit the zipcode it pops up a new window asking for more information, and if you close that window, it takes you to the listings that are from mediaalpha as the leave behind. I would like to be able to have the ability to either have the mediaalpha listings be in the popup page, or as a leave behind, so maybe 2 different landing pages need to be designed. If I choose to have mediaalpha listings as the leave behind, then I need to have the ability to edit the url a user is taken to for the popup as well. I only need the mediaalpha integration to be done for the auto insurance option, and not for auto warranty or auto loan. To see an example of what results look for auto insurance (which is what you will be integrating with first), go to [login to view URL], enter 19716 as your zip code, then fill out form on next page (the iframe form they host on my page), then you will see the mediaalpha listings. Notice at the top of the page it says “Click on 2 or more companies to compare your rates!” I would like to add this text to the top of my results page as well. So please integrate both mediaalpha and insuranceclicks listings into this page.

I also need you to develop or implement an Exit Intent Popup script that can be implemented with MediaAlpha in order to show a page when a user puts their mouse on the "x" or in the url address box and then link the exit intent pop to MediaAlpha provided script.

After this implementation, I would like you to create a new website using my current [login to view URL] website as something to copy, except I will have a new domain name, and I will change the check box options to Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Medicare, and Home Insurance. I will need the same implementation into MediaAlpha and InsuranceClicks. I will also need to swap out the photo on the main page and change any text denoting "discount-auto-rates" to be renamed for the new page". Please see attachment for full information and javascript to be implemented for each insurance option.

I need all code to be provided to me for this project and to be shown how I can edit and run everything requested on my own.
