We have a Wordpress website running WooCommerce. The Woocommerce is actually run as an auction bidding website using the Simple Auction Addon for Woocommerce. It is functioning properly. 1. When a user registers on the website, they are asked to enter name, surname and email address. We want someone to also add a field upon registration for the users mobile phone number (mandatory when signing up) 2. When someone places a bid on an item on the auction site, they are notified by email. If someone places a higher bid than them, another email is sent to tell them that they are not the highest bidder any more. We want someone to write us a function to integrate with an SMS gateway so that this function of email alerts being sent to bidders also sends an SMS to the person bidding and being outbid. This SMS function must be added to send to everyone involved in the bidding. So like now if 5 people are bidding on an item, each person gets an email when they are no longer the highest bidder. The SMS must function in exactly the same way as the email function does. We are happy for you to integrate a SMS gateway such as Clickatell. Thanks in advance for all bidders.
