I have over 9 years of experience in different fields like sales, customer service, ITES.
My last job included supporting senior management personnel of marketing department of a large US fortune 500 company with multiple tasks. The tasks included expense reconciliation, calendar management, travel management, data analysis using MS Excel, working extensively on MS Word, PowerPoint, internet research and other miscellaneous tasks.
Previously, I have worked with high volume customer support call center for a major UK satellite television services provider. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints such as billing disputes, service interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delays/no shows and equipment malfunctions etc.
I consistently met my performance metrics during this period.
I am a quick learner and have great attention to detail. I also bring to table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
