Wordpress Theme customization and Plugin Development

Hi All, we using ListingPro Theme which needs to customized for a event listing page 1. HOMEPAGE At first we need a clean view of the listings. This can/should be look like following (in screenshot shown) [login to view URL] There should be a list (clean minimalistic design). In the original theme files it look like current as in following URL [login to view URL] shown We like the view in following plugin how the "event listing" can look like [login to view URL] 2. LISTING DETAIL PAGE ([login to view URL]) Here we need to add more informations in different boxes and remove the current informations which are not needed. Also the positions of the images, boxes should be different. The informations in the boxes should be delivered by the listing form which brings us to next point. 3. LISTING SUBMIT PAGE ([login to view URL]) There is no possibility by theme options to change the form fields. We need to remove all fields and add new custom fields. And also we need to check if there is a possibility to review a subbmitted listing request before it goes online in order to protect the page from spammer. 4. USER ROLES The theme brings a very beautifull user dashboard which seperate between USER and COMPANY. The User can just see in his dashboard the bookmarked favorites and reviews. The company is able to see all dashboard functions. The restriction for USER should be that he can not see the listing submit page ([login to view URL]) which is just shown for the company who can request a access to it via contact form. Means the page listing submit page ([login to view URL]) should be not shown in the public. 6. RATING SYSTEM There should be 2 Rating system. The first one is already implemented in the theme, this is the user rating. The other one is the rating from the plattform. The rating should shown in a own box on the listing detail page ([login to view URL]). Also the plattform rating should shown on homepage for each listing for sorting. Check my screenshot for better view ([login to view URL]). For the Plattform rating can be used following plugin [login to view URL] this plugin will just used from us and not from the USER. i mean sure this plugin is much more better as the default rating from theme. if there is a possibility to replace the plugin with the theme default rating, would be much better. 7. ADDITIONAL PLUGINS INTEGRATION Following plugins can be used to implement all requested functions. The plugins are just examples which covers partly the functions we need. If you think there is a other theme which fits for us, you can of course advice us.
