Wordpress plugin customization

Dear members,
we need to customize a plugin. The plugin is Product Builder. The plugin permit to customize a product with initials or text, for each checkbox we can define a price but we need to change this formula.
Our request is:
for each text box I need to have (below) radio button with the dimension of letters for example:
O – 4cm (3€) O – 6cm (5€) O – 8cm (7€)
the cost calculation must be done as follows: radio button option x number of letters. For each textbox In admin panel i need to choose quantity of radio button , cost and description.
