WordPress Plug-in for LMS - Certificate Generator

WordPress Plugin Needed Using either LearnDash or WordPress LMS. Integrated so that this functionality is available after course requirements are completed. I need a wordpress plugin which allows assigning 1 or more completion certificates to a course so a learner can choose the type of credit for which they are completing the course (physician, nurse, pharmacist, or other)…admin can add 1 or more. There will need to be functionality to capture data (form) and send to certificate as well as using user profile information on the certificate. This information would be written to a database table. For example the certificate will need: name Date of participation Credits claimed (can be a default value, i.e. 1.0 or a list of values for the learner to select, i.e. 1.00, 0.75, 0.50, 0.25) License number State There should also be the ability to add additional user-defined text fields with labels. Each certificate for each course CAN be different and there could be many certificates (i.e. physician, nurse, pharmacist…..etc) for each course. Admin needs to be able to generate a PDF template. It could be that each course and each participant type would need a different certificate. So the ADMIN assigns a specific cert template for that course for that participant type. For another participant type, a different cert template. Ability to create an unlimited number of certificate templates. Must have ability to select The learner/student completes the course, applies for credit by filling out a form, generates certificate and completion data is written to a participation database. Admin should have the ability to require re-printing of certificate to have "Duplicate" watermark on the pdf.
